Paul had a restful day--he's catching up on sleep.

Surgery on his scapula is still tbd.

Thank you very much to Joanne for all your love and support, you're missed in San Diego!

I literally just found out about this like 20 minutes ago and I am shocked!! I just caught up on the blogs and am so happy he seems to be doing well!! Sarah I feel for you as well as your family and I wish you all nothing but good things... what would we all do without "Big P?!" Keep us posted (as you are) and my prayers and thoughts are with you!

Kathi,

We just got in and received your message. We will put off the visit until next week.

We just wanted you to see new faces. It sounds like the Applegates will give you that "freshness." I know that is very important.

When my Mom was so ill for so long, my Brother use to call new visitors, "fresh meat." I always thought that was funny, but it was really great to have different visitors in the waiting room to lighten the heavy load of waiting and being patient.

It cracks me up that Paul keeps asking for a root beer float. That is Keith's favorite. Maybe when those two grewup in Kirkland they only had an A & W in town. Keith just lights up when he has a root beer float.

Tell the Big Guy hi from the other Big Guy.

Paul, great news. One by one the tubes come out, your body is healing, you are getting some sleep. You are always on our thoughts.
Julie, we rely so much on you. thank you for the updates. We would be sick with worry if not for you. Tell your mom we send our love.
Kathi and Kari, hang in there. When does Paul get that root beer float?

To Paul, family and friends.

I have you all in my prayers and absolutely love that you keep us up to date; not only on his progress but his attitude. We all love him and are here for you if there is anything we can do to help, anything. Hope to see you home again soon!

Please give Paul my wishes for a speedy recovery. I'm sure I'm not the only one anxious to know when he's feeling only about 80% and just back playing golf so there's a chance of winning back some of our money!
I know you can't keep the big guy down for long, so looking forward to seeing him.

Hi group,
I miss you all and especially the patient. He is improving so much each day. He knows March madness is starting and he asked if "the boys are home?" referring to the other harley riders. love from one of pauls angels.
